Lara Luxe may from occasionally hold promotional offers. These ‘offers’ cannot be used in conjunction with, or grouped with, any other Lara Luxe offer or discount.
How to pay
Cheque / Postal Order – Cheque/Postal Order must be cleared before purchase is dispatched. Cheques should be made payable to House of G Ire Ltd Credit/Debit Card - most cards accepted

All prices exclude VAT at 20% and postage cost. Bulk orders and Collage orders will receive discounts please contact our team for more information.
Our Collection is designed to allow movement when working, If you are unsure of size please contact our customer services team to gain advise on which size will fit. Our collections are available in a range of UK6 to UK16.
We take security very seriously at Lara Luxe. That's why any transactions you make over our web site are instantly encrypted, providing security for all of your personal information (Name, Address, Credit/Debit Card Details, etc.).

Returns Policy Information
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we are happy to offer a return or refund as long as the following conditions are met:

1. The goods are returned to us carriage paid unused and in the same condition as they were sold.

2. Goods must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

3. Goods are non-sale items (Sale items cannot be refunded).

When goods supplied correct to order are returned by the customer for exchange, additional carriage charges will be added. Lara Luxe is not liable for returned goods lost in transit. P&P and returns postage are direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded.

To return goods you must contact the Lara Luxe team on / +44 28 38 891797 to receive a returns number. Returns form you receive with purchase should be filled in and returned within 7 days of original delivery.
Risk and Ownership
The risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the delivery address. Ownership of the goods remains with Lara Luxe until payment has been received in full for the goods and any other goods for which payment is also due.
Delivery Information
If goods are in stock we endeavour to dispatch within 2 working days. If we do not have stock to fulfil your order we will let you know within 2 working days.

If additional embroidery is requested you will need to allow an additional 1 week to delivery.

All delivery is Next Working Day & Delivery charges are as follows:

Northern Ireland £4.25

Republic of Ireland £6.25

UK Mainland £7.50

Customers from outside the UK will be charged at the most economical international rate. We regret that overseas customers are responsible for the payment of any local customs or import duties that in some circumstances may be levied. Please contact customer services for a delivery quote prior to purchase.

Any claim for non-delivery of, or damage to, the goods in transit should be made within 7 days of the goods invoice date. Our liability in respect of any such claim is limited at our option to replacement of goods or refund of the price and does not extend to any indirect or consequential loss. P&P and returns postage are direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded.

All prices quoted are correct at time of going to press, due to circumstances beyond our control these may change, including rate of Value Added Tax. The price levied will be confirmed at the time of ordering. Incorrect/Faulty goods must be returned to us before replacements will be dispatched. Please see Returns process.

We strive to keep the majority of the products listed on our web site in stock at all times. Occasionally some items are out of stock. If you order an item that is out of stock, we will contact you and advise you when the item is due back in or of any comparable product that is available. If you do not wish another product or don't want to wait, we will cancel your order without debiting your credit/debit card.

Refunds will be made in the original payment method and within 14 days of our receipt of goods.

All refunds must be authorized by management. If you wish to to return your goods for a refund or exchange contact us on +44 28 3889179 or e-mail us at for a Returns Number. P&P and returns postage are direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded.

All customer information will be treated under the terms of the Data Protection Act. We will not pass on your details to other companies. Lara Luxe take all of our customers seriously and we try to offer them the best possible service available, however if you have a complaint you may direct it here:
Lara Luxe endeavor to keep product information as up to date as possible. However, specifications are liable to change without notice. Product photographs are intended to illustrate the particular model but may, occasionally, not totally reflect the product as sold. Unless specifically stated, shoes, jewellery and other accessories shown on photographs are not included - please call for further details on any particular product.

The terms of the contract do not affect your statutory rights.
Lara Luxe garments are distinctive and all designs displayed on this website are subject to copyright and must not be copied. Lara Luxe will take legal action to assert ownership of copyright against any parties if it is believed that a breach of its intellectual property has taken place.
